To commemorate Janet Bohdanowicz, founder of AUTOKREACJA Association, every year one person, who has strongly supported our projects is awarded. 

In 2006 the first award received Katarzyna Halik from Labour Office, who was extremely involved in Autokreacja activities. Board of Association decided to distinguish Mrs. Halik because of her incredible contribution to reduce unemployment and for her great social commitment.

Mrs. Katarzyna Halik received the awared during the Manager Shadowing VII edition ceremony, which took place in The Westin Warsaw hotel.
